PROVISIONAL RELIEF.

SEC. 315. PROVISIONAL RELIEF. Section 202(d) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2252(d)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(A) by inserting “or citrus product” after “agricultural product” each place it appears; 107 STAT. 2108 (2) in the text of paragraph (1)(C) that appears before subclauses (I) and (II)— (A) by inserting “or citrus product” after “agricultural product” each place it appears, and (B) by inserting “or citrus product” after “perishable product”; (3) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) and (B) of paragraph (5) as subparagraphs (B) and (C); and (4) by inserting a new subparagraph (A) in paragraph (5) to read as follows: “(A) The term ‘citrus product’ means any processed oranges or grapefruit, or any orange or grapefruit juice, including concentrate.”.
