REFERENCE.

SEC. 601. REFERENCE. Whenever in subtitle A, B, or C an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a part, section, subsection, or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made a part, section, subsection, or other provision of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1202 et seq.).
