SELECTION OF DESIGN.

SEC. 104. SELECTION OF DESIGN. Subject to section 102(a)(2), the design for the coins authorized by this title shall be— (1) selected by the Secretary after consultation with the Executive Director of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation and the Commission of Fine Arts; and (2) reviewed by the Citizens Commemorative Advisory Committee.
