SEC. 304. BOARD FOR INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING ACT. (a) Baltic Division.— Section 307 of the Board for International Broadcasting Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1984 and 1985 (title III of Public Law 98–164; 97 Stat. 1037) is repealed. (b) Jamming of Broadcasts.— Section 308 of that Act (97 Stat. 1037) is amended— (1) by striking “(a) The” and all that follows through “(b) It” and inserting “It”; and (2) by striking “Government of the Soviet Union” and inserting “government of any country engaging in such activities”.
