SEC. 806. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. Section 602 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 (22 U.S.C. 4702) is amended by striking paragraphs (6) and (7) and by redesignating paragraphs (8), (9), and (10) as paragraphs (6), (7), and (8), respectively.
