SEC. 202. REPRESENTATION OF COUNTRIES OF EASTERN EUROPE AND THE INDEPENDENT STATES OF THE FORMER SOVIET UNION IN LEGAL COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS. Section 951(e) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “the Soviet Union” and all that follows through “or Cuba” and inserting “Cuba or any other country that the President determines (and so reports to the Congress) poses a threat to the national security interest of the United States for purposes of this section”.
