SEC. 204. SOVIET SLAVE LABOR. (a) Repeal.— Section 1906 of the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 (19 U.S.C. 1307 note) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment.— Section 1(b) of that Act is amended by striking the item in the table of contents relating to section 1906.
