SEC. 403. ANNUAL REPORTS ON ARMS CONTROL MATTERS. (a) Soviet Compliance With Arms Control Commitments.— (1) Section 1002 of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1986 (22 U.S.C. 2592a) is repealed. (2) Section 1(b) of that Act is amended by striking the item in the table of contents relating to section 1002. (b) Arms Control Strategy.— (1) Section 906 of the National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 (22 U.S.C. 2592b) is repealed. (2) Section 3 of that Act is amended by striking the item in the table of contents relating to section 906. (c) Antiballistic Missile Capabilities and Activities of the Soviet Union.— (1) Section 907 of the National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 (102 Stat. 2034) is repealed. (2) Section 3 of that Act is amended by striking the item in the table of contents relating to section 907.
