SEC. 904. MURDER OF MAJOR ARTHUR NICHOLSON. (a) Foreign Relations Authorization Act.— Section 148 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 (Public Law 99–93; 99 Stat. 427) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment to Table of Contents.— Section 1(b) of that Act is amended by striking the item in the table of contents relating to section 148.
