SECTION 1. FREE LUNCH PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY. Section 9(b)(1)(A) of the National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(b)(1)(Al) is amended— (1) in the second sentence, by striking out “For the school years ending June 30, 1982, and June 30, 1983, the” and inserting in lieu thereof “The”; and (2) by striking out the third sentence.
