SEC. 312. PROHIBITION ON DECOMMISSIONING ICE-BREAKER MACKINAW. (a) The Secretary of Transportation may not decommission the Coast Guard cutter MACKINAW before December 31, 1994. (b) There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation $1,600,000 for fiscal year 1994, to remain available until expended, for operations and maintenance of the Coast Guard cutter MACKINAW.
