SEC. 415. DUTIES OF SHIPPING COMMISSIONERS. (a) Repeal.— Section 10507 of title 46, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment.— The analysis at the beginning of chapter 105 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 10507.
