REPEALS.

SEC. 407. REPEALS. Except for subsection (b) of section 3508, sections 3508 and 3509 of the Three Affiliated Tribes and Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Equitable Compensation Act are repealed effective October 30, 1992: Provided, That the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers should proceed with the Secretary of the Interior to designate excess lands and transfer them pursuant to Public Law 93–599.
