DEADLINES.

SEC. 505. DEADLINES. Not later than December 31, 1995, the National Board shall, at a minimum— (1) identify occupational clusters pursuant to section 504(a) representing a substantial portion of the workforce; and (2) promote the development of an initial set of skill standards in accordance with section 504(d) for such clusters.
