SEC. 507. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) In general.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title $15,000,000 for fiscal year 1994 and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 1995 through 1999. (b) Availability.—Amounts appropriated pursuant to subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.
