SEC. 406. REPORT. (a) Report on Comprehensive Long-Term Care Services for the Elderly and Disabled.—The Commission shall submit to Congress a report, not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, containing its findings and recommendations regarding comprehensive long-term care services for the elderly and disabled. The report shall include detailed recommendations for appropriate legislative initiatives respecting such services. (b) Report on Comprehensive Health Care Services.—The Commission shall submit to Congress a report, not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, containing its findings and recommendations regarding comprehensive health care services for the elderly and disabled and comprehensive health care services for all individuals in the United States. The report shall include detailed recommendations for appropriate legislative initiatives respecting such services.
