PUBLIC HOUSING MIDNIGHT BASKETBALL LEAGUE PROGRAMS.

SEC. 1053. PUBLIC HOUSING MIDNIGHT BASKETBALL LEAGUE PROGRAMS. Section 520(c) of the CranstonGonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (42 U.S.C 11903a(c)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(3) Midnight basketball league programs.—Notwithstanding any other provision of this subsection and subsection (d), a grant under this section may be used to carry out any youth sports program that meets the requirements of a mid-night basketball league program under subsection (l)(4) (not including subparagraph (B) of such subsection) if the program serves primarily youths and young adults from the public housing project in which the program assisted by the grant is operated.”.
