SEC. 107. STATE CONTROL OF OPERATIONS. Section 106 (42 U.S.C. 6005) is amended— (1) by striking “Sec. 106.”; (2) in the section heading, by striking “STATE CONTROL OF OPERATIONS” and inserting the following new section heading: “SEC. 106. STATE CONTROL OF OPERATIONS”; and (3) by striking “facility for persons” and inserting “pro-grams, services, and supports for individuals”.
