SEC. 109. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SECRETARY. (a) Section Heading.— Section 108 (42 U.S.C. 6007) is amended— (1) by striking “Sec. 108”; and (2) in the section heading, by striking “responsibilities of the secretary” and inserting the following new section heading: “SEC. 108. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SECRETARY.”. (b) Responsibilities.—Section 108 (42 U.S.C. 6007) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “The Secretary” and inserting “Regulations.—The Secretary”; and (2) in subsection (b)— (A) by striking “Within ninety” and inserting “Interagency Committee.—Within 90”; and (B) by striking “Administration for Developmental Disabilities” and inserting “Administration on Developmental Disabilities,”.
