AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 206. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1994, $4,000,000 for fiscal year 1995, $4,000,000 for fiscal year 1996; and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1997, for making grants to the Center under section 203, including for use for the establishment, operation, maintenance, and management of the Center.
