SEC. 301. DEFINITION OF “FAMILIES”. The first sentence of section 3(b)(3)(B) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437a(b)(3)(B)) is amended by striking “means families with children” and inserting “includes families with children and”.
