SEC. 304. OPERATING SUBSIDY ADJUSTMENTS FOR ANTICIPATED FRAUD RECOVERIES. Section 9(a) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437g(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(4) Adjustments to a public housing agency’s operating subsidy made by the Secretary under this section shall reflect actual changes in rental income collections resulting from the application of section 904 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Amendments Act of 1988.”.
