ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES.

SEC. 231. SECTION 108 ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES. The first sentence of section 108(a) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5308(a)) is amended— (1) by striking “or” after “section 105(a);”; and (2) by inserting before the period the following: “; (5) the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, or installation of public facilities (except for buildings for the general conduct of government); or (6) in the case of colonias (as such term is defined in section 916 of the CranstonGonzalez National Affordable Housing Act), public works and site or other improvements”.
