SEC. 104. INTEREST RATES ON ASSIGNED MORTGAGES. Section 7(i)(5) of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3535(i)(5)) is amended by striking the first semicolon, and all that follows through “as determined by the Secretary”.
