SEC. 402. UNITED STATES PARTICIPATION IN MANAGEMENT OF THE UNITED NATIONS. It is the sense of the Congress that, consistent with the United Nations Charter, United States nationals should have equitable representation at senior management levels in the United Nations108 STAT. 447 system, especially in the Department for Administration and Management and in the office of the Inspector General.
