REPEALS.

SEC. 704. REPEALS. The following provisions of law are hereby repealed: (1) Subsections (b) and (c) of section 36 (22 U.S.C. 2576), relating to arms control impact information and analysis. (2) Section 38 (22 U.S.C. 2578), relating to reports on Standing Consultative Commission activities. (3) Section 52 (22 U.S.C. 2592), relating to reports on adherence to and compliance with agreements.
