SEC. 706. BUREAUS, OFFICES, AND DIVISIONS. Section 25 (22 U.S.C. 2565) is amended to read as follows: “bureaus, offices, and divisions “Sec. 25. The Director may establish within the Agency such bureaus, offices, and divisions as he may determine to be necessary108 STAT. 493 to discharge his responsibilities pursuant to this Act, including a bureau of intelligence and information support and an office to perform legal services for the Agency.”
