SEC. 122. STATE DEPENDENT CARE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. Section 670A of the State Dependent Care Development Grants Act (42 U.S.C. 9871) is amended by striking “are authorized to be appropriated” and all that follows and inserting “is authorized to be appropriated $13,000,000 for fiscal year 1995.”.
