APPORTIONMENT OF FUNDS.

SEC. 102. APPORTIONMENT OF FUNDS. Section 507(b)(3)(A) of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (49 App. U.S.C. 2206(b)(3)(A)) is amended— (1) by striking “or reducing the amount authorized or” and inserting “the amount”; (2) by inserting “to less than $1,900,000,000” after “to be obligated”; and (3) by striking “limited or reduced”.
