Appalachian Regional Commission (including transfer of funds) For expenses necessary to carry out the programs authorized by the Appalachian Regional Development Act of 1965, as amended, 102 STAT. 872notwithstanding section 405 of said Act, except expenses authorized by section 105 of said Act, including services as authorized by section 3109 of title 5, United States Code, and hire of passenger motor vehicles, and for necessary expenses for the Federal Cochairman and the alternate on the Appalachian Regional Commission and for payment of the Federal share of the administrative expenses of the Commission, including services as authorized by section 3109 of title 5, United States Code, and hire of passenger motor vehicles, to remain available until expended, $110,700,000. Amounts previously made available for Appalachian Regional Development programs shall be transferred to and made part of this appropriation.
