§ 32510. Annual report Not later than March 31 of each year, the Secretary of Transportation shall submit to Congress and the President a report on the progress in carrying out section 32501 of this title. The report shall include— (1) a statement of the cost savings resulting from carrying out this chapter; and (2) recommendations for legislative or other action the Secretary decides may be appropriate.
