SEC. 507. INFORMATION ON DISINSECTION OF AIRCRAFT. (a) Availability of Information.— In the interest of protecting the health of air travelers, the Secretary shall publish a list of the countries (as determined by the Secretary) that require disinsection of aircraft landing in such countries while passengers and crew are on board such aircraft. (b) Revision.— The Secretary shall revise the list required under subsection (a) on a periodic basis. (c) Publication.— The Secretary shall publish the list required under subsection (a) not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. The Secretary shall publish a revision to108 STAT. 1596 the list not later than 30 days after completing the revision under subsection (b).
