SEC. 509. DISCONTINUATION OF AVIATION SAFETY JOURNAL. (a) In General.— The Administrator may not publish, nor contract with any other organization for the publication of, the magazine known as the “Aviation Safety Journal”. (b) Cancellation of Existing Contracts.— Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall cancel any existing contract for publication of the Aviation Safety Journal.
