“§10936. Limitation on State regulation of intrastate passengers by bus “A State or political subdivision of a State may not enforce any law or regulation relating to intrastate fares for the transportation of passengers by bus by an interstate motor carrier of passengers over a route authorized by the Commission.”. (b) Conforming Amendments.— (1) Section 10521(b((1) is amended by inserting “10936,” after “10935,”. (2) Section 11501(e) is amended— (A) by striking all but paragraph (5), (B) by redesignating paragraph (5) as subsection (e), and (C) by striking “paragraph” and inserting “subsection”. 108 STAT. 1690 (3) The table of sections for subchapter IV of chapter 109 is amended by adding at the end the following new item: “10936. Limitation on State regulation of intrastate passengers by bus.”.
