SEC. 103. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 5127(a) (relating to authorization of appropriations) is amended by striking out “the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993,” and inserting “fiscal year 1993, $18,000,000 for fiscal year 1994, $18,540,000 for fiscal year 1995, $19,100,000 for fiscal year 1996, and $19,670,000 for fiscal year 1997”.
