Defense Nuclear Waste Disposal For nuclear waste disposal activities to carry out the purposes of Public Law 97–425, as amended, including the acquisition of real property or facility construction or expansion, $129,430,000, to remain available until expended, all of which shall be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Nuclear Waste Fund appropriation of the Department of Energy contained in this title.
