OFFICE OF THE NUCLEAR WASTE NEGOTIATOR Salaries and Expenses For necessary expenses of the office of the Nuclear Waste Negotiator in carrying out activities authorized by the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982, as amended by Public Law 102–486, section 802, $1,000,000 to be derived from the Nuclear Waste Fund and to remain available until expended.
