SURVEY OF AGRIBUSINESS.
SEC. 333. SURVEY OF AGRIBUSINESS. Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall— (1) conduct a survey of rural business and enterprises, including grain handling and storage facilities, in the United States whose activities involve or are directly related to the production, processing, or marketing of agricultural commodities or products, or to servicing the business and home needs of United States farmers and ranchers, to determine the extent that such businesses are being adversely affected, directly or indirectly, by drought, hail, excessive moisture, or related condition in 1988; and (2) submit a report describing the results of such survey to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate.
