SEC. 30802. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under section 30801— (1) $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1996; (2) $4,000,000 for fiscal year 1997; (3) $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1998; (4) $6,000,000 for fiscal year 1999; and 108 STAT. 1859 (5) $7,000,000 for fiscal year 2000.
