SEC. 20106. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING. The Attorney General may request that the Director of the National Institute of Corrections and the Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons provide technical assistance and training to a State or States that receive a grant under this subtitle to achieve the purposes of this subtitle.
