TRANSFER OF FUNDS.

SEC. 209. TRANSFER OF FUNDS. The Secretary of Agriculture may transfer funds made available to the Commodity Credit Corporation during fiscal year 1988 to the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service in such amounts as may be necessary for salaries and other expenses incurred in carrying out titles I and II of this Act, except that this 102 STAT. 942authorization shall be available only if funding for this purpose is not provided under an appropriations Act.
