SEC. 200205. SCHOLARSHIPS. (a) Period of Award.— Scholarships awarded under this subtitle shall be for a period of 1 academic year. (b) Use of Scholarships.— Each individual awarded a scholarship under this subtitle may use the scholarship for educational expenses at an institution of higher education.
