SEC. 571. EXTENSION OF FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM. (a) In General.— Section 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4026) is amended by striking “September 30, 1995” and inserting “September 30, 1996”. (b) Emergency Implementation.— Section 1336(a) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4056(a)) is amended by striking “September 30, 1995” and inserting “September 30, 1996”.
