Sec. 314A. For the purpose of carrying out a demonstration of the construction of highways in high priority corridors, authorized by section 1105(0 of Public Law 102–240, there is hereby appropriated $6,000,000 for the Secretary to enter into an agreement to make a loan or loans not to exceed $40,000,000 to the public entity or entities with the statutory duty to construct such facilities: Provided, That such loan or loans shall be repaid by direct repayment108 STAT. 2491 no later than the fifth Federal fiscal year following the year in which a loan was made. Funds made available by this section shall not be subject to any limitation.
