Sec. 337. In addition to amounts otherwise provided by this Act, $2,900,000 shall be available for “Interstate Commerce108 STAT. 2496 Commission, Salaries and Expenses” for the discharge of liabilities, including severance pay, under title 5 of the United States Code to employees separated from the Interstate Commerce Commission on or after October 1, 1994.
