INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSION Salaries and Expenses For necessary expenses of the Interstate Commerce Commission, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109 and hire of passenger motor vehicles as authorized by 31 U.S.C. 1343(b), $30,302,000: Provided, That $8,300,000 in fees collected in fiscal year 1995 by the Interstate Commerce Commission pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 9701 shall be made available to this appropriation in fiscal year 1995. Payments for Directed Rail Service (limitation on obligations) None of the funds provided in this Act shall be available for the execution of programs the obligations for which can reasonably be expected to exceed $475,000 for directed rail service authorized under 49 U.S.C. 11125 or any other Act.
