Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund For the Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund, $265,653,000, of which $40,160,000 shall be apportioned and payable to the debt service fund for repayment of loans and interest incurred for capital improvement projects: Provided, That of the amounts appropriated under this heading in prior fiscal years for construction projects from the water and sewer enterprise fund for the Washington Aqueduct, $21,365 are rescinded.
