SEC. 158. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR TRAINING, RESEARCH, AND DISCRETIONARY PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS. Paragraph (1) of section 481(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3037(a)(1)), as amended by sections 156(e)(2) and 157(b), is amended to read as follows: “(1) There are authorized. to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this title (other than sections 427 and 428) $32,970,000 for the fiscal year 1988, $34,619,000 for the fiscal year 1989, $36,349,000 for the fiscal year 1990, and $38,167,000 for the fiscal year 1991.
