SEC 412. AMENDMENTS RELATED TO SECTION 426 OF THE 1987 ACT. (a) Section 1.9(b) is amended by striking out “approved by” and inserting in lieu thereof “prescribed by regulations of”. (b) Section 1.9(c) is amended— (1) by striking out “appraisal” the second place it appears; and (2) by striking out “and approved by” and inserting in lieu thereof “in accordance with regulations of”.
