SEC 414. AMENDMENT RELATED TO SECTION 430 OF THE 1987 ACT. Part D of title IV is amended by adding at the end the following: “SEC. 4.21. COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS. “No member of the board of directors of a System bank may receive more than $15,000 per year under this Act as compensation for serving as a director of such bank.”.
